You will visit Murchison Falls National Park for an amazing wildlife experience with this 10-day best of Uganda wildlife tour. On the way there, you can visit Ziwa rhino sanctuary to see white rhinos, and then continue on to Kibale Forest National Park for an adventure following chimpanzees. The drive will continue to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park to see the endangered mountain gorilla. After that, you can unwind at Lake Bunyonyi and finish your best Uganda wildlife safari by visiting Jinja and white rafting on the Nile River. Leave Kibale Forest for Queen Elizabeth National Park, which is well-known for the Kazinga Channel and is home to tree-climbing lions.

Our company representative and your English-speaking driver guide will meet you at Entebbe International Airport and take you to Kampala City, where you will check into the hotel of your choice, receive a tour briefing, have dinner, and spend the night.

After breakfast, start your Uganda Wildlife Safari panoramic road trip through the renowned Luwero Triangle northwest of Uganda, stopping along the way at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. These tranquil members of the big five family may only be found in the woods at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary in Uganda. After a little rest and some refreshments upon your arrival at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, embark on a white rhino tracking expedition that will allow you to get up close and personal with the animals. To ensure that you don’t miss anything, you must keep your camera on standby while tracking.

After tracking, have a brief rest before beginning your journey to Murchison Falls National Park, stopping in Masindi Town for lunch along the way. One of Uganda’s oldest protected places, Murchison Falls National Park is well-known for drawing large numbers of tourists from abroad. Once you reach Murchison Falls National Park, head straight to the world’s strongest falls to see the entire Nile squeeze through a 7-meter-wide valley before exploding into ferocious cascades that plunge into a 43-meter-deep vortex below. The experience of meeting Murchison Fall is amazing. Overnight and dinner.

Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner Meal Plan

After breakfast this morning, head to the northern section of the park for your Uganda Wildlife Safari, which includes a morning wildlife drive. Expect to see a variety of animals, birds, and other wildlife during your early morning game drive, including elephants, lions, giraffes, spotted hyenas, cape buffaloes, leopards (on a very lucky day), Uganda Kobs, Jackson hartebeest, waterbucks, and various bird species like Senegal thick-knee, Black-headed lapwing, Grey-crowned crane, African Jacana, and others.

Following your morning game drive, take a brief break to unwind, eat lunch, and then continue on your afternoon boat ride to the base of the falls, where you will see numerous hippopotamuses, Nile crocodiles, various bird species, including the shoebill stork, and numerous other mammals as they come to swim and drink. Start your evening game drive later in the evening, which will be cantered on looking for the park’s large predators, including as lions, leopards, and hyenas. After that, head back to your lodge to unwind, have dinner, and spend the night there.

After breakfast, pick up your driver at the front desk to begin your journey to Kibale Forest National Park, the capital of primates. More than 13 primate species can be found at Kibale Forest National Park, including chimpanzees, our closest relatives with 98.8% human DNA, olive baboons, red-tailed monkeys, L’hoest’s monkey, Ugandan red cod, grey-checked mangabey, De Brazza’s monkey, bush infants, and more. Since three of these primates are nocturnal, they are primarily active during the day.

You will stop in Fort Port City for lunch on the way to Kibale Forest National Park. After that, you will head to Bigodi Sanctuary Swamp for an evening nature walk where you can see a variety of wildlife, including more than 200 bird species, various tree species, and primates like baboons and blue monkeys. The indigenous communities that border the park, Batooro and Bakiga, can be reached by foot. You can learn all about coffee brewing, native herbs, and how people in the area take care of themselves without using modern technology by visiting the local towns. After that, make the trip to the lodge you have reserved so you can unwind, have dinner, and spend the night there.

Get up early for breakfast, head to the park information center for a briefing, and then begin your main day’s activities on your Uganda Wildlife Safari by entering the jungle. Many primate species, including chimpanzees, black and white Columbus monkeys, and others, as well as numerous bird species, reptiles, and a wide variety of butterflies, will be visible during your chimpanzee tracking experience. You will spend an hour with the chimpanzees before returning to the Lodge for lunch. Transfer to the National Park of Queen Elizabeth.

The varied ecosystems of Queen Elizabeth National Park—sparkling lakes, humid forests, expansive savanna, and lush wetlands—make it one of Uganda’s most visited national parks and are home to numerous wildlife species, including mammals and birds. In the Ishasha section, this park is especially well-known for the Kazinga waterway and for being home to tree-climbing lions.  Following that, take an evening Kasoga community tour, which usually provides firsthand experience with immersion in both cultural and marine practices that will be presented to you in a distinctive way. Examples of these include escorting cattle to feed, local milking techniques, preserving milk to make local yogurt, and obtaining ghee.

Visit the landing location later in the evening to participate in aquatic activities that will give you a genuine sense of African culture and the peace and quiet of Uganda’s unspoiled culture. Dinner and Sleeping

Enjoy your coffee this morning before beginning your morning game drive in the Kasenyi trail of Uganda Wildlife Safari to look for wildlife. Caped buffaloes, elephants, warthogs, waterbuck, Uganda kob, lions, hyenas, and many other animals, including a wide range of bird species, are frequently sighted here. After your wildlife drive, unwind, eat lunch, then go out for an exciting boat safari on the well-known Kazinga Channel in the afternoon. The greatest concentration of hippopotamuses in Africa, a large number of Nile crocodiles, and hundreds of birds along the channel’s shoreline make the Kazinga Channel a spectacular location for birdwatchers. Elephants, buffaloes, and antelopes are among the many other large and small mammals that can be seen swimming and relieving their thirst along the shoreline. After your thrilling boat safari, take a little time to unwind before heading out for your evening wildlife drive, which will concentrate on looking for the park’s large predators, including spotted hyenas, lions, and leopards. After breakfast, depart Queen Elizabeth National Park for your mid-morning game drive in the Ishasha Sector, heading to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park to look for the tree-climbing lions and other species you missed on your last game drive. The remaining half mountain gorillas in the world can be found in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, where you will continue your Uganda Wildlife Safari drive.

This will undoubtedly be one of the most exciting days of your wildlife safari in Uganda. Your driving guide will take you to the park briefing center after your early breakfast to go over the salient points of the gorillas’ lifestyle and proper conduct during tracking. Depending on the gorilla family’s movements, monitoring a morning mountain gorilla can take two to eight hours. The journey will take you through muddy gorges and steep, heavily forested slopes until you eventually get to see mountain gorillas in their secluded habitat, where they eat and swing in tree branches.

You can stand six meters away from the gorillas and spend an hour with them once you arrive. You can also take as many remembrance images as you like. After this enchanted experience, head back to the park information center to pick up your certificate of gorilla tracking completion, eat lunch, and then head to Lake Bunyonyi to unwind while bird viewing and paddling on the lake. After breakfast, begin your journey to Jinja, the location of the Nile River’s source, where you will raft the next day on your Uganda Wildlife Safari. You will pass tea and sugar plantations on the drive. You will make a halt at the Kayabwe Equator Cross Point en route to Jinja. The water experiment where the two hemispheres separate will excite you at this international monument. After lunch, you can carry on to Jinja City.

When you get to Jinja, take a boat ride from the beaches of the Nile to the same location where John Speke, the first European to witness the source of the longest river in the world, stood. After that, take in the stunning scenery and a further drive into Lake Victoria. After that, check into the hotel you have reserved for rest, dinner, and the night.

One of the most exciting and daring things you should not miss while in Uganda is the half-day white water rafting adventure safari on the Nile River. After breakfast, head to the meeting yard. The five-grade rapids will thrill and awe you, gradually increasing from less water rapids to the point where it gets insane. Have lunch after your white-water rafting adventure and head back to Entebbe International Airport to catch your flight back, or choose to stay an extra day in Entebbe City and make lots of memories for the Uganda Wildlife Safari.
