Following breakfast and your morning wake-up call, proceed to the park headquarters where the guides for Volcanoes National Park will give you a gorilla trekking briefing. Begin your trip, which will vary in duration based on the gorilla group you have been assigned to, after you have been assigned to a particular group. Before you head back down the volcano slopes, you will spend an hour with them. After lunch at the lodge, head back to Kigali in the afternoon to catch your flight out that evening.
