Primate Tracking and Wildlife Adventure Safari to Uganda will take you to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park to track mountain gorillas in their natural habitat, Queen Elizabeth National Park “A medley of wonders” to look for Ishasha’s tree-climbing lions, then to Kibale Forest National Park, Africa’s top safari destination for chimpanzee viewing and primate tracking. One of the most exquisite and diverse areas of tropical forest in all of Uganda may be found in this park. You will have the opportunity to fully explore Uganda’s animals and primates in their native habitats on this trip. It will start in Kigali Airport or Entebbe International Airport in Kampala City.
After giving you a tour briefing at your hotel or airport, your driver guide will head towards Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, a natural habitat for mountain gorillas, where you will check into your reserved lodge for relaxation, dinner, and overnight. The trip will include a stop along the way for lunch and refreshments.
If you have time, you can meet the park’s indigenous people by taking a leisurely community walk. The drive will pass through a variety of landscapes, including as savannah farms, tropical rain forests, and the terraced hills of Kigezi, which is renowned as the Switzerland of East Africa.

Get up early for breakfast and head to the park information center for the morning pre-tracking briefings on the dos and don’ts of mountain gorilla tracking. After that, begin your eagerly anticipated “primate tracking” activity. The estimated time spent searching for gorillas is unknown, but it should be between two and eight hours, depending on the movement of the gorilla family to which you are assigned. Expect to see chimpanzees, vervet monkeys, black and white colobus monkeys, and many other primates on the hike. You are permitted to spend an hour snapping pictures and experiencing thrilling moments with these gentle giants after you locate gorillas.
After lunch and refreshments, travel back to the lodge for a wildlife drive in the Ishasha area of Queen Elizabeth National Park, which is famous for its tree-climbing lions. Continue the drive to your reserved accommodation. Dinner and a night in.

Start your guided vehicle trip to Kibale Forest National Park after breakfast, stopping along the way for lunch at Fort Portal. Take in the landscape as you go and observe Ugandans living in their traditional farms and homesteads. After lunch, check into the lodge you have reserved. Then, proceed to Bigodi Swamp Sanctuary for your evening nature walk, which will provide you many opportunities to witness over 229 different bird species, tree species, and other small creatures in the park’s moist tropical forests. In addition, there are a variety of birds and other primates including baboons and blue monkeys. This tour will take you through the communities of Bakiga and Batooro, where you can see the entire coffee-making process, learn about local herbs, and stroll through coffee and banana gardens to get a sense of how the locals live without the use of modern technology. Return to the lodge for a restful meal and a night’s stay.

After breakfast, head to the park information center for briefings before embarking on your primate tracking or chimpanzee walk trip. Along with providing knowledge about chimpanzees and other monkeys, the guided woodland walk will also take into account other small organisms to provide appeal. Anticipate encounters with chimpanzees and other primates, including lhoestes, butterflies, Colobus monkeys, Red-tailed monkeys, and Grey-cheeked Mangabeys. Enjoy your packed lunch and other refreshments after tracking, and then head back to Kampala or Kigali city for the night OR to the Entebbe or Kigali international airport to catch your journey back.
