Gorilla tracking for two days A journey to Rwanda includes a cultural visit of Iby’wacu village and mountain gorilla trekking in the country’s volcanoes national park.
You will be picked up from your hotel in Kigali and driven to Kinigi in Ruhengeri. You will get the opportunity to meet locals in their setting and get a taste of our customs and culture when you first arrive in Iby’wacu Village. Arrive at the park headquarters in the morning for a briefing from the park warden. After that, head into the bush to follow the gorillas. Depending on how the mountain gorillas roam, this exercise could take several hours. The tour guide will take you back to Kigali after you have spent no more than an hour with the gorillas.
